Qatar Unveils Its First Class Onboard Lounge

Always wanted to fly to the Middle East in style? Then here is your chance. Qatar Airways, the award-winning five-star airline has unveiled the look of its First and Business Class lounge and bathroom interiors.

The onboard lounge on Qatar's A380-800 can be described simply as 'the most luxurious'. Designed to guarantee that each and every feature is the finest, the best and the most comfortable created till date, this lounge will offer business class passengers a perfect place to sit, chat, enjoy a drink or simply relax. The lounge is designed in such a manner that it will offer passengers respite from the distinctive inflight environment and will give them a feeling as if they are in an executive club. The lounge is spacious providing ample space to move around freely. The presence of mood lighting will make them feel refreshed once they move back to their respective seats.

The bathrooms are customized and are designed to give spa-like warmth. They come with the most luxurious amenities clubbed with modern-day clean lines. Sensor operated modern taps, large basins have also been fitted aiding create maximum space.

Qatar Airways will receive its first A380-800 fitted with this lounge very soon. It has ordered a total of 13 of these aircrafts. The first route to feature this aircraft is none other than the most popular and the busiest route of Qatar Airways, Doha – London Heathrow. The maiden flight will fly on June 17, 2014.
