Quick and Easy Check-in with web-check

To save more time at check-in, Swiss International Airlines recently introduced the web check-in system for all its passengers. The newly introduced web check-in system is easy, convenient and quick, and will also help passengers avoiding the check-in queues.

Passengers with or without the baggage can now check-in online from 23 hours to 1 hour (90 minutes for Coach Class) before departure. The passengers will now be able to choose their seats, get the online print of the boarding pass, and thus avoid long queues at the airport. The passengers who will carry baggage can just drop them at a separate counter and move on for boarding the flight.

The airline has made the services available at all the Swiss U.S. gateways such as Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles, Miami, New York (JFK), Newark and San Francisco.

The new facility is only available for single travelers and groups with 10 or less than 10 persons. The groups with 10 or more individuals will need to go through the check-in at the airport.
