Red Lion Renton Hotel opens in Washington

Red Lion Hotels Corporation, RLHC, recently announced that it has launched a new hotel property in Renton, Washington. It is a franchise location which is being transferred to the company through an agreement between them and the owner. This dealership agreement is 6th of its kind by the organization in this year. The Red Lion Renton hotel is situated at one of the overcrowded intersection south of Bellevue and Seattle.

Regional VP of Lodging Development for RLHC, Mike Castro, said the strategic location of this hotel on 405 Corridor, provides us awesome visibility. Not only this, hotel owners are dedicated towards providing exclusive service to our visitors, just like the way they expect from RLHC.

Before this hotel changed into an autonomous property known as, the Rainier Hotel and Conference Center, it functioned as the Holiday Inn .
This hotel property provides a heated whirlpool and outdoor pool, Yankee Grill Restaurant, Wi-Fi internet connectivity, and fitness center. The hotel also has large meeting space of 7,000 square feet where events and meetings are organized.

This place is near to ‘The Landing in Renton’  - famous destination shopping arcade, Boeing training and manufacturing facilities and one largest shopping malls in the Northwest, Westfield South center. The city of Renton is six miles from Seattle-Tacoma International Airport.
