Royal treatment awaits fliers on all-business class La Compagnie

Luxury cosmetics, massage chairs, Michelin-starred menus et al. All of these and more await you on the new business class-only French boutique airline La Compagnie. As you board the flight get ready for a royal treatment.

French carrier La Compagnie is aiming to make business class travel increasingly accessible to everyone. The recently-launched exclusive all-business class flights at relatively budget prices underscore the airline’s commitment towards this.

La Compagnie is offering its customers roundtrip ticket for only 945 GBP for travel between Paris and New York. This is much cheaper when compared to business class tickets at 2,000 GBP offered by Air France for travel on Paris-New York route.

The airline will be providing services on the new Paris-New York route with the help of a redesigned fleet of Boeing 757-200 aircrafts configured with 74 lie-flat seats staggered in only 19 rows. The seats will be equipped with in-built massagers.

La Compagnie will be offering various facilities to its privileged customers. A complimentary Wi-Fi service will be provided on board the aircraft. The customers will be provided personal Samsung tablets loaded with a wide range of magazines, books, music and films. The amenity kits have been procured from the expensive cosmetic brand Caudalie. The airline has hired the services of Michelin-starred chef Christophe Langree from popular Hotel Matignon in Paris for creating the gourmet menus. Among other facilities include complimentary check-in of golf clubs, bikes, surfboards and skis.

On the ground, the customers will have access to the Icare lounge while departing from Paris. Upon reaching Newark International Airport, they will be offered access to the ‘Art & Lounge’ space. The customers will also receive fast track priority access on arrival.
