SAS Declared to Move Stockholm-Hong Kong Service to Copenhagen

SAS is planning to move its Hong Kong service from Arlanda, Stockholm to Copenhagen. The service would commence from October 28 this year. The decision was made on the basis of the opening of an airport at Copenhagen. This signifies that the passengers can now enjoy night flight services to and from Hong Kong. This is the most attractive option when it comes to earning profits on the Stockholm-Hong Kong route.

Karl Sandlund, executive vice president of commercial at SAS stated, ‘We always ensure to offer our passengers an efficient timetable with amazing night flight services to and from Kastrup.’

It is undoubtedly sad to move our services from Stockholm, however, the current movement to Copenhagen ensures long-term opportunities which in turn can enhance customer satisfaction. In relation to the Stockholm-Hong Kong flights, the newly introduced Copenhagen-Hong Kong flights would operate five days per week.

It has been declared that the tickets for the newly launched route are already on sale. Travelers who have already booked their flights between Stockholm and Hong Kong after October 28 need not worry. They can avail the facility of rebooking via Copenhagen.
