Second TRYP by Wyndham Hotel inaugurated in Manhattan

Manhattan is now home to its second TRYP by Wyndham Hotel. Popular lifestyle brand Wyndham New York Times Square recently announced the opening of its new 336-room hotel in New York City. The hotel is situated on West 48th Street between Eighth Avenue and Broadway in Times Square. The latest Manhattan addition to the lifestyle brand’s growing global portfolio will now bring the guests much close to world-famous attractions, dining, shopping and business opportunities.

The TRYP by Wyndham on West 35th Street between Eighth and Ninth Avenues was the first hotel of the leading lifestyle brand was the first to open in New York City in 2012. The opening of the new hotel comes close of the heels of similar ones being opened in Abu Dhabi and Mexico City.

Moreover, there are also plans for introducing the brand in Southeast Asia, with eight locations already in the pipeline in the Philippines over the next 10 years. A spokesperson of the brand said that another 14 hotels are due to open in various parts of the world by 2017, including those in different U.S. cities such as Fort Lauderdale, New Jersey, Newark, New York and Long Island City.

The TRYP by Wyndham New York Times Square would be prominently featuring contemporary, eclectic décor; the brand’s signature Fitness and Family rooms; LobbyFriend, a temporary online social network; free Wi-Fi; a blog wall featuring news and programming from around the world; and a social, inviting lobby known as Plaza Central, with a bar.

The guests looking for a luxurious stay would be offered 45 over-sized Family rooms separate beds for adults and bunk beds for children. The hotel will also be offering five Fitness rooms, all fully equipped with a fitness kit for a private workout, a yoga mat and stationary bike. The hotel will be offering a total or 336 rooms and suites featuring flat-screen televisions and free high-speed Wi-Fi. Penthouse suites would be featuring separate sitting areas and private balconies overlooking Manhattan.
