A latest survey by Brand Keys has named the top four hotel chains in the United States in different categories. According to media reports, Brand Keys' CLEI undertook a study of 35 hotels based on four categories – Luxury, Upscale, Midscale and Economy. More than 42,000 people across the United States participated in the survey and expressed their opinions on the way in which hotels engaged them and sought their loyalty. This was done through an extensive questionnaire. Following are the hotel chains which emerged as winners in different categories.
America's favorite luxury hotel
Marriott International’s Ritz-Carlton emerged as the winner in “America’s Favorite Luxury Hotel” category, particularly where brand loyalty mattered most. This hotel was also placed at the top in J.D. Power’s 2015 survey in terms of customer satisfaction. Ritz-Carlton apparently took the highest score in the luxury category. The survey pointed out that Ritz-Carlton was visited by most people because of its exclusivity and for feeling special.
America's favorite upscale hotel
Omni Hotels & Resorts, a privately owned hotel by TRT Holdings, was proclaimed winner and named “America’s Favorite Upscale Hotel”. The hotel clinched the title in terms of customer loyalty. A J.D. Power survey in 2015 also place Omni Hotels & Resorts as the highest scorer in the upper-upscale segment satisfaction. The top selling point of Omni Hotels & Resorts is its progressive Select Guest program allowing the guests to earn rewards.
America's favorite midscale hotel
Hampton Inn, a property of Hilton Worldwide Holdings, has been placed in the top spot in the midscale hotel category by Brand Keys for 2016. Even, the hotel has managed to be a top scorer in customer satisfaction in J.D. Power's most recent rankings. Hampton Inn is renowned for its affordably priced hotel rooms and best facilities provided to the guests.
