Turkey’s national carrier Turkish Airlines will now be offering new noise-cancelling headphones to its business class customers. The airline has tied up with Denon, world’s premier manufacturer of high-quality audio and home entertainment systems, to produce the new headphones.
The premium customers would be offered a comfortable set of headphones, which has been designed to deliver perfect sound while simultaneously minimizing ambient noise to 99%. The Denon noise-cancelling headphones would be simply phenomenal offering great comfort to the customers even after sustained usage for long periods.
Turkish Airlines will be offering the new headphones to its business class customers traveling on U.S.-bound flights. With the new headphones, the airline promises to offer an incredible audio experience on board their flights.
A spokesperson of Turkish Airlines said that the customers would also be able to purchase the noise-cancelling headphones on Shop&Miles, which is an alternative way to use accumulated miles offered as part of the mileage reward program of the airline.
Apart from the new audio experience via Denon noise-cancelling headphones, yet another tech novelty has been introduced by the airline as part of its wide range of in-flight services. The airline will be offering a Samsung Galaxy S2 tablet to its business class customers on flights of above 2.5 hours duration, and those who don’t have rear seat screens for in-flight entertainment. The tablet will come pre-loaded with music, movies and games.
Meanwhile, Turkish Airlines has recently been selected as the “Most Valuable Brand” of Turkey this year. The airline in a statement said that it has also updated its mobile app so that the customers may utilize it fully to enhance their flight experience. Among various other features, the app would be prominently featuring Istanbul’s Atatürk International Airport, Miami International Airport, London Heathrow and Hong Kong International Airport.
