Turkish Airlines introduces flying chef service on Saudi flights

If you have purchased business class tickets for travel between Turkey and Saudi Arabia, then here’s good news for you by Turkish Airlines. The airline recently introduced its award-winning flying chef service for customers boarding business class flights from Saudi Arabia. Turkey’s national carrier Turkish Airlines is the winner of Europe’s Best Airline title and its gourmet offerings in business class cabins has made it the proud recipient of Best Business Class Catering title at the Skytrax 2013 awards.

Turkish Airlines presently operates flights to seven cities in Saudi Arabia. Ersen Engin, GM for Turkish Airlines in Riyadh, said that travelers from Saudi Arabia mostly prefer flying in business class. He said that by introducing the flying chef service, the airline wants to reward existing and potential fliers with an enhanced on-board travel experience and culinary delights comprising the finest international and Turkish inspired cuisine.

The airline recently held a preview of the on-board culinary experience showcasing to the guests assembled at Turkish Food Festivals held at the Hilton Hotel in Jeddah and Four Seasons hotels in Riyadh. The flying chefs treated the guest to exquisite Turkish inspired dishes. The Turkish Food Festivals were held to celebrate the Turkish Republic Day.
