United Airlines launches new turn-down service in First Class

United Airlines recently announced the launch of its new turn-down service for its customers booking first class tickets. The airline in a statement said that it will be offering its customers better sleeping experience and an added touch of luxury in United Global First cabins on long-haul destinations.

The airline said that customers booking first class tickets would now be able to avail even more premium facilities onboard their flights. The United Global First customers would be provided a new sleeping cushion with a 250-thread-count outer cover, apart from the standard soft pillows, plush duvet and Philosophy-brand amenity kit.

According to a United Airlines spokesman, the crew members would be ready to assist the customers to position their cushion, duvet and pillows within the flat-bed suite upon request. The airline would be offering the service to its customers traveling in United Global First cabins on all long-haul international flights.
