United Airlines new flights between Chicago and Sarasota

United Airlines recently announced that it will be launching daily nonstop flight to Sarasota from its hub at Chicago O’Hare International Airport starting November 4, 2012.

The once-daily flight to be operated by airline will provide the passengers a good opportunity to get the best flight deals and buy air tickets at incredibly cheap rates. The airline also indicated that it will deploy a Boeing 737-800 aircraft configured with 154 seats – 16 in United First, 48 in Economy Plus and 90 in Economy – on the new Chicago-Sarasota route.

Martin Kammerman, United Airlines’ Senior Manager of New Markets and Analysis, said that the new route complements the airline’s existing service between Chicago and eight other cities in Florida.

The new service will be of great benefit to Midwest travelers providing easy access to Florida’s southwest Gulf coast. Besides, the new flight will also provide travelers from the Sarasota-Bradenton area with convenient connections to the airline’s global network from its Chicago hub.

Currently, United Airlines offers its passengers from Chicago more than 600 nonstop flights every day to more than 150 destinations around the world.
