United Airline’s premium economy cabin in reconfigured Boeing 767-300ER offers more legroom

United Airlines recently launched its first reconfigured Boeing 767-300ER aircraft on the international route. The reconfigured Boeing aircraft was launched on Chicago-Amsterdam route on June 11, 2012.

The aircraft is equipped with 49 seats in Economy Plus premium economy cabin. There are also 30 seats in first class cabin United BusinessFirst and 135 seats in Economy class.

According to the airline, the passengers taking premium economy flights are being offered more recline as well as more legroom than those provided in Economy class. The seats in Economy class and Economy Plus are equipped with several features, including sophisticated in-flight entertainment system and a 9-inch touchscreen on-demand.

The passengers buying premium economy tickets as well as in Economy class are offered complimentary food, juices, soft drinks, coffee and tea on United Airlines’ long-haul international flights.
 
For passengers booking seats in business class (United BusinessFirst), the airline offers a flat-bed, electrical and USB outlets, on-demand audio and video and an iPod jack.
