US Airways resuming Shannon-Philadelphia seasonal service

US Airways recently announced it will be resuming its seasonal service between Irish city Shannon and Philadelphia next year.

The airline in a statement said that the daily seasonal flights services between Philadelphia and Shannon are being launched after four years.

The airline stated that the customers would be offered air tickets at low fares for travel between the two cities.

According to US Airways, the flights on Shannon-Philadelphia route will be resumed from May 22, 2013. The flights will continue to operate till September 3, 2013.

The airline will be deploying a 176-seater Boeing 757-200 aircraft configured with two classes to operate flights on the route.

Currently, US Airways is operating daily flights between Dublin and Philadelphia year-round. Apart from this, the airline is also offering daily seasonal service between Dublin and Charlotte.

Flight Schedule:

Shannon to Philadelphia

Departure: 1135 – Arrival: 1405

Philadelphia and Shannon

Departure: 2105 – Arrival: 0840 (next day)
