Virgin Atlantic is treading the novelty path. The airline is aiming to improve its onboard services to entice more passengers this year. Virgin Atlantic airline is not only innovating on the customer service front but also on the technology front. Its staff will now be spotted wearing Google Glasses for better management at the Heathrow Airport.
