Teuscher Chocolates of Switzerland, whose original store and kitchens are in Zurich, are famous for their truffles and chocolate bars as well as their marzipan, champagne chocolates and other delights. For decadent hot chocolate during a late fall or winter visit to Zurich, visit Péclard at Cafe Schober where you’ll enjoy a thick, luscious hot chocolate made with cream. Beschle is a marvelous chocolatier famous for their quirky offerings like the absinthe-infused Green Fairy truffle.
