KLM Royal Dutch Airlines recently announced it has entered into codeshare agreement with Pegasus Airlines. The codeshare pact between the two carriers has already become effective and the customers have started booking KLM Royal Dutch Airlines flights as well as on Pegasus Airlines.
The airline in a statement said that the flight operations under the codeshare agreement would start from June 3, 2013 onwards. The codeshare agreement would enable passengers of both the carriers to benefit from easy and quick transfers between KLM Royal Dutch Airlines flights and Pegasus Airlines flights through Amsterdam Airport Schipol, Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen airport and Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport.
The two carriers have also concluded an interline agreement which will allow passengers to travel on a single KLM Royal Dutch Airlines air ticket between any airport served by Pegasus Airlines in Turkey and any airport served by KLM Royal Dutch Airlines.
