Iberia Airlines is the flag carrier airline of Spain. Based in Madrid is undertaking a major overhaul of its intercontinental
Business Plus class, offering business travelers more room, comfort and privacy. The airline is removing an entire row of business class seats in order to expand space between rows by 12 inches - from 60 to 72 inches.

These changes are being made to Iberia's fleet of Airbus A340s, used on routes between Spain and the United States, Latin America, South Africa and Tel Aviv.
