Frontier Airlines recently launched its flights services at Cincinnati-Northern Kentucky International Airport. This makes Frontier Airlines flights to be first by any discount carrier in more than a decade to offer flights from Cincinnati-Northern Kentucky International Airport.

The airline launched its inaugural flight from CVG on May 17, 2013. With the launch of inaugural flight, Frontier Airlines has now started offering daily nonstop flight to Denver from Cincinnati-Northern Kentucky International Airport.

James Huff, Chairman of the Kenton County Airport Board, which operates the Cincinnati-Northern Kentucky International Airport, said that the launch of daily nonstop flights between Cincinnati and Denver is expected to generate $16 million every year for the local economy.

Mr. Huff welcomed the introducing of Frontier Airlines flights to Cincinnati-Northern Kentucky International Airport. He said that the launch of flights from CVG would offer leisure and business travelers a convenient option to travel between the two destinations.
